Constitutional Court Plenum begins the consideration of Rustavi 2 appeal. Judge Merab Turava`s request satisfied and nine judges will consider the lawsuits. Among them is the one that has been already considered and will be reviewed once again.

Rustavi 2"s representatives say,that for them it is not essential, if the appeal is considered by the panel or the plenum. However, the lawyers say, this procedure has been through and additional consideration of the case will delay the decision-making.
