Constitutional Court Plenum asked the sides questions about Rustavi 2 case . Constitutional Court finished hearing on the merits, listened to the sides` positions, as well as asked direct questions, but the judges will listen to final word tomorrow morning, the exact time is still unknown.

A spokesman for the Constitutional Court explained how it happened that the Rustavi-2 case  was to be  considered in the Plenum . According to him, this issue was resolved yesterday  and   four judges fixed a different position.
