The Constitutional Court will continue the hearing of Rustavi2 case. The sides will address the plenum with final speeches , after which the court will leave for the second time to deliver the decision.

Rustavi2 has filed constitutional claim on the Civil Code articles 54 and 55 which in the case of immoral deal, cancels the agreement. This is the norm on the basis of which Khalvashi claims ownership rights.
