Shalva Shavgulidze, a memeber of Free Democrats, talked about the current developments around Rustavi2 and openly stated that the government demonstrates a desire to subdue the broadcasting company.

"There had been violated procedural standard that provides a fair judiciary. This is not justice, this is the overwhelming desire of the government to subjugate the media which is not under its control , "- said Shalva Shavgulidze.
