The vulnerable refuse to leave the building of the former military hospital. Up to a hundred of families, who distrust the government, say they won’t leave the territory until they get the papers on  the transfer of the ownership of apartments.

As for the refugees – their eviction has already begun. The Ministry says that 19 families have already voluntarily left the hospital building. It is stated that each family signed an agreement according to which the Ministry will cover their rent  fee.
