“Improvement of public finances accounting for does not violate anyone"s autonomy," - commented Minister of Finance on the universities’  protest.

He said that the autonomy of none of higher education institutions is in danger. According to Khaduri, financial independence will be retained. The process is aimed at improving the  accounting for the consolidation  of all public finance.

Just to remind, according to  the bill written by the Finance Ministry, all revenues and payments of higher education will be included in the state treasury system.
