The Public Defender publishes the annual report.  Ucha Nanuashvili focused on the work of the Prosecutor"s Office and underlined that Public Defender"s office has questions.   The Ombudsman states that this questions are  underlined in the text of the report.

The public Defendant also focused on the cases which still aren"t investigated. He stated that there are facts of improper treatment and ineffective investigation of these facts.

In the report Mr. Nanuashvili speaks about the dismissal from the self-governing structures. 

At the presentation of the report the Public Defender discussed the facts of violence against women and religious intolerance.

The US Ambassador to Georgia commented on the report and stated that very interesting issues are discussed in the document.
