Ucha Nanuashvili is in favor of branching out the Security Service from the Interior Ministry. Public Defender considers that the division of the  system according to different functions  will make it more balanced.

He said that over the years the problem was that the system was very solid and big. It is very important to dismantle the system into independent structures.
