The Locals in the village Avareti organized the demonstration and tried  to impede  another demonstration, planned by NGOs. The Locals wore t-shirts with the slogan-" Russia isn"t occupant. We want Russia and the Soviet Union."

Meanwhile  10 NGOs protested near the border of Dagestan  against construction of new road  . They accused the government of inaction and underlined the threats which will follow the construction of the road.
