Two individuals have been detained for attempt of forgery. According to the investigation they have deceived a refugee that they had friends at the Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Accommodation and Refugees of Georgia and they would help them to receive an apartment.

The accused attempted to extort 2000 USD in return for a flat
