100 vulnerable families housed  in the former military hospital are still facing the risk of  being left without a place to live. City Hall is promising  an alternative permanent residence, however, meanwhile is offering money for rent.

One part of the vulnerable categorically refuses to accept renting out, and says that  they would not accept this offer no matter what  guarantees the administration gives.

The second part is asking the City Hall to name of the specific conditions and will take a decision only after that.
