Arrested on terrorism charges, Beka Bekauri accusses police of beatings and inhuman treatment.  Public Defender`s representative visited Bekauri after brain surgery . Nanuashvili calls on the prosecutor`s office to investigate the case immediately.

"The accused explained that he had been subjected to ill-treatment during detention, particularly his frontal bone was broken,after which he lost consciousness and does not remember when his fingers were broken. Beka Bekauri claims that his arrest was carried out on August 20, at about 12:00 pm and despite the open wounds of the skull and damage to the left hand until 11:00 pm he had no medical assistance, "- said Nanuashvili.
