"Radio Liberty" journalist thinks that Georgia will have visa-free travel inEurope from 2017

Visa-free travel to Europe for citizens of Georgia is expected to be launched in January. Journalist of Radio Liberty, Ricardo Jozviak based on confidential source of information said that the process could be delayed.

"Hard to say whether or not the Council will take the final decision in October . I have been covering the topic for a long time and I was sure that this summer Georgia would get visa-free regime with Europe, but politics intervened, first it was Germany. Now, most likely in October, Parliament and the Council will take a decision and it may be launched from the first of January, but maybe politics will again interfere in this process. The plan has been spelled out, but something could change . Brussels policy has shown that you can always be sure, "- said Radio Liberty journalist, Ricardo Jozviak to the Courier.
