"This monkey ," - Tbilisi Mayor Davit Narmania thus addressed Irakli Kupridze, member of the NGO Green Fist, who came to the City Hall. Before that, Narmania banged on teh table and demanded an answer as to who was the young man who spoke and said that he di n not give the right to speak.

The situation became tense. Narmania reprimanded representatives of NGOs for speaking without permission and told them to leave the session.

NGOs left the meeting in protest. They demand the head and deputy head of ecology city service to resign.
