Today the City Court will consider the case of the criminal authority David Gerliani. The prosecution will begin with examining the evidence. The witnesses will be questioned.

Gerliani was detained in late June for illegal border crossings . The lawyer claims that the prosecution has no evidence against his client and he could legally enter Georgia.
