Socially vulnerable families complain about the Charity Foundation which was founded in Khelvachauri.  The Guchmanidze Family accuses  " Dorotea Parkeli" of fraud.  The Family members say that money collected at the charity concert hasn"t been transferred to them.

The representatives of foundation answer on accusations and say that before donating money to the family, it should be counted. The foundation representatives say that the family blackmails  them . They receive phone calls and threats. The organization members addressed the police.
