According to NGOs reports, 57 violation were observed during the pre-election period, (July-August) . Non-governmental organizations have recently published data on the website electionsportal.ge.

According to the information there were - 22 facts of the use of administrative resources, 18 of putting pressure, 6 facts of vote-buying. The remaining 11 violations are of various character.

During the pre-election period the violations were observed in a large part of western Georgia. The data covers the period from 31 August.
