Young Lawyers Association assesses  the decision of the company "RMG Gold"  to  continue the works. The head of the organization said that the decision taken by the Ministry of Culture contains the elements of legal offence.

Kakha Kozhoridze explains that at this stage the non-governmental organization has no possibility to continue the legal dispute.

GYLA has already had a court dispute with the company "RMG Gold" resulting in suspending  the works for some time.
