Eliso Kiladze, an editor of "Khronika +" released another scandalous audio recording. According to her information, this is the recording of the telephone conversation between Vano Merabishvili and Josef Kay. The authenticity of audio recording is still undetermined. Eliso Kiladze demands examination of the recording  authenticity.

Kiladze claims that the recording was given to her by a former  law enforcement authority  and the recording  goes back to the  period when the Rustavi metallurgical plant was owned by Joseph Kay, while Merabishvili was the Minister of Internal Affairs.

According to Kiladze , the conversation touches upon the properties of Badri Patarkatsishvili as well. From the conversation it can be concluded that in all of the cases in which Joseph Kay is involved, he did not need any coercion. The journalist demands re-investigation of the cases where Joseph Kay involved.
