The EU supports the request of the Public Defender to give opportunity to mechanism of prevention and make video and audio recordings on monitoring process in the prisons

Eva Pastrana, the  Human Rights Attaché of EU made an announcement after the report of the Public Defender of Georgia.

She underlined that the number of death in the prisons decreased but the information on ill-treatment is still alarming.
