“The Minister of Culture is a criminal offender” this statement was made by a journalist Nino Mikiashvili during talk show “Archevani”. She stated that everyone who was included in the so called Sakdrisi Kachagiani case is guilty including Minister of Culture Mikheil Giorgadze and she will do everything to imprison all of them. They have demolished a world heritage site and there is a law in Georgia against such violations according to which law offenders will be sentenced for 2 years of imprisonment. The journalist is going to apply the court on this case tomorrow. “I know the Law precisely and am not going to violate it” stated the former General Prosecutor and representative of the RMG GOLD company Archil Kublashvili.

Archil Kublashvili said that all works undertaken by the company on the Sakdrisi Kachagiani section do not violate the law.
