Tbilisi Mayor David Narmania responds to the damage caused by the heavy rain. He said the services are working and the situation is being stabilized.

"At this moment, the rain s not that strong,accordingly the situation is more stable, we do not have a particularly difficult situation anywhere. In some areas the water level is elevated, but drainage systems is working. Flooding took place in the University near Delisi and the surrounding area, on the right bank of the river, where the washout occurred. Water is drained gradually, "- Narmania said.
