IDFI explains the reasons for detention of Giorgi Kldiashvili

The employees of IDFI connect the arrest of the company"s head with their activity.

Levan Avalishvil, Chairman of the Board of the Institute for Development of Freedom of Information (IDFI) , said that there was no basis for the detention of Giorgi Kldiashvili and stated this as an attempt to put pressure on the organization.

According to him, IDFI has published many critical articles , including on the law enforcement agencies, which, in his opinion, is most likely the reason for the detention of Giorgi Kldiashvili.
