"Rustavi 2 adjoins the coup, as well as dessimination of such material ," - the general director of Rustavi 2, Nika Gvaramia, stated a few minutes at the press conference.

Gvaramia said that the Rustavi 2 has always taken and will take the decisions in accordance with the law and the decisions taken by the channel.

Gvaramia called on politicians to distance themselves from the coup.

The broadcasting company`s Director General says Rustavi 2 will conduct exit polls on 8 October at 20:00 pm will announce the results and as Gvaramia said will protect the voters choice.

"According to this exit polls that party will be the winner that actually wins the elections. This exit serves to protect the people`s votes. If there is the difference between the results of our exit polls and the CEC results , what the politicians will do is their decision," - said Gvaramia.

The broadcasting company Rustavi 2 Director General, said that there are audio recordings on Rustavi-2 employees that the government is planning to publish. Gvaramia said that the records are prepared by the State Security Service.
