The commander of the "Georgian Legion" fighting in Ukraine  and gave an exclusive interview to ”Rustavi 2" and talked about  to the details of the fatal clashes resulting in the death of Alexander Grigolashvili.

Mamulashvili said that the Ukrainian military intelligence unit got in an ambush staged by the  Russian-backed separatists. Bilateral intense fighting lasted several hours, during which one Georgian and one Ukrainian fighters  were killed. Among those killed was the commander of the task force.

"Not a single commander is no longer alive," - said Mamulashvili.
