Protest rally  was  held in Tbilisi late last night.The IDPs and the socially vulnerable families who live in the old building of Cardiology Center blocked the road. The protesters demanded the improvement of living conditions and government assistance.

The protesters said they have no electricity and no water.

Refugees and socially vulnerable people say that if the government does not help them, and large-scale protests will be held permanently. The building  houses more than 100 families live.
