Today, the Sakdrisi protection initiative group intends to appeal to Chief Prosecutor"s . Sakdrisi Protection group accuses the Prime Minister of abuse of power and applies the prosecutor"s office with a request to launch an investigation.

According to the lawyer, the Prime Minister and the Minister of Culture violated the law and did not render a decision on a complaint filed by the journalist Nino Mikiashvili about two weeks ago. In the complaint the journalists asked for the suspension of works in Sakdrisi. 

"The Prime Minister and the Minister of Culture Mikhail Giorgadze were obliged to stop the action of the orders giving permission to large-scale works in Sakdrisi. They were legally obliged to do it and as they did not it, we appeal to the Prosecutor General and demand an investigation of the case," - said Mikiashvili.
