The fight which started in the building turned into a large-scale confrontation outside. "Partizan gardeners" were expelled from the building of the City Council. They tried to enter the building again but were stopped by the police officers. This was the reason for scuffle that started between the protesters and the police officers.The law enforcement officers arrested 4 people involved in the fight . Earlier, the MPs and Partizan gardeners had a quarrel over the "Panorama Tbilisi" project in the City Council. Soso Manjavidze and Manuchar Machaidze who support the project took part in the fight. The protest partcipants say that the deputies were drunk. But the City Council security service kicked "Partizan Gardeners"out of the building.
