All the Georgians who were on "Norman Atlantic " are in Georgia. They arrived late last night. As for the dead clergyman"s body, it is likely to be transported next week. Italian media wrote about the clergyman, and even published thr interview with one of the Georgians in which he speaks about Father Ilia.
. According to the interview, Father Ilia Kartozia gave his place on a rescue boat to a woman with children.
In a total ,there were eight Georgians on the burning ferry in the Adriatic Sea, including a child and a pregnant woman. With the exception of Father Ilia, all of them are alive and survived. Father Ilia Kartozia served in the Mtskheta monastery.
