Mayor launches a new initiative in the new year. The singers for concerts financed by local administration will be selected by vote. The initiative is still an expressed idea. However, David Narmania suggests that the so-called elections of singers may be carried out by means of electronic voting. Tbilisi City Assembly majority does not know anything about David Narmania"s initiative yet. However, according to the chair of the City Council, the winners should be revealed by an advisory body. Narmania"s initiative is not seriously perceived by his former rival. Nika Melia calls the initiative absurd. The initiative is incomprehensible for the City Council opposition. So far it is not known if Narmania`s initiative is aimed at creating a permanent list or will be carried out for each concert separately.
