The Human Rights Committee session will discuss a package of amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code next week.
MPs will discuss some of the disputed articles,one of them is empowering the police with the unlimited right to search the citizens.The ruling team talk about the necessity of changes, whereas the minority criticizes the initiative.
According to the project, in case of emergency, law enforcement officers based on the verbal explanation only will have the right to search people or their property.
