The working group on the issue of reasoned judgment has a meeting in Tbilisi. Analysts and Judges are discussing the development of the process at the Cortyard Marriot Tbilisi.

Konstantine Kublashvili states that important progress had been made towards this issue, but the process needs to be  permanently developed.

The Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court of Georgia speaks about defects of the procedures . He underlines that noone tries to hide the shortcomings . " There are shortcomings , we don"t hide them and work to fix them"- Zaza meishvili stated.
