Non-governmental organization "Mediatori" publishes expenses on the New Year"s event of Tbilisi City Council. Reportedly 29 thousand Gel are spent, while the paid amount is 5 times high than official commercial value.

The head of " Mediatori" states that only one company participated in the tender .   Levan Khabeishvili says that the conditions of the tender were adjusted to the company. " Between the necessary conditions was underlined that new year can"t be celebrated without pink bear and only one company had this pink bear"-Mr. Khabeishvili underlined.

The City Council answers on accusations. According to official data  28 thousand Gel was spent on 2 events for nearly 300 children.
