"Courier" shot the footage of construction site of "Panorama of Tbilisi" today at Sololaki range. The guards aske the crew to leave the territory.
However, the video shows that the construction of "Panorama of Tbilisi" has already started.
"Courier"checked the information with the Ministry of Economy. The Ministry said that the construction permit is not issued.
The beginning of construction , as well as the idea of the project,is opposed by many people.
