Vice Prime Minister of Georgia has become the subject of criticism today because of the photo taken at the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Forum. Dimitri Kumsishvili is standing beside the head of the Russian government. That fact has become the reason for acute reaction in Tbilisi.

Dimitri Kumsishvili says that he spoke about the problems of the occupied territories in his speech and turned out to bein this scandal only because of protocol.
