One of the candidates for the position of the European Court Judge, Giorgi Papuashvili has withdrawn his candidacy. According to Papuashvili, the composition of the commission from the government side has not changed and the appeal procedure is not transparent and clear.

The former chairman of the Constitutional Court justifies his decision to withdraw the candidacy by these two reasons and notes that it is useless to go to the stage of the interview.
