"Do not hand Kadyev over to Russia!"- was the demand of the held by "the Abkhazian Meeting" and other non-governmental organizations in front of the Ministry of IDPs.

They demanded to grant Mikael Kadiev the refugee status, which, according to them, automatically excludes the extradition of prisoners to Russia. The Ministry has responded to the protesters.

The Refugees Ministry says that Kadyev will be safe in Russia and therefore  he will not be granted the refugee status.
