The recommendations of the Ombudsman are implemented only partly- Ucha Nanuashvili says. According to the Public Defender"s report , just 35 out of 154 recommendations of Public Defender"s office have been implemented.

Public Defender says that most of the recommendations have been addressed to the Prosecutor"s Office. Most of them are linked to different violations. The Ombudsman represented statistics to the society.

 The Human Rights Committee  of the Parliament will study the recommendation. After the process  the relevant authorities will have to provide explanations on specific problems.
