The City Court discusses the preventive measure for detainees during special operation. The lawyer says that the allegation has no solid evidence. The prosecution demands detention of detainees.

"No preventive measure should be applied to my client. Since the mateial gathered on the case it is not directly connected with the fact and is not a solid evidence for imprisonment, "- lawyer Tamar Abesadze said.

The detainees are accused of preparing the kidnapping and extortion of money from the owner of hypermarket "Gorgia".
