Four days before the municipal elections, the NDI short-term observation mission starts meetings behind the closed doors. The first meeting is with NGOs. "American National Democratic Institute" is composed of 8 members.

The mission will hear information about the pre-election environment directly from the party subjects involved in the election process.

The NDI long-term observation mission has been working for more than a month for local self-government elections.

NGOs will focus on several issues during the meeting with the observation mission, including the use of administrative resources by the ruling team during the pre-election campaign.
