The secret procurement for 7 million Lari - at the request of the State Security Service and by the decision of the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Finance allocated 7 million lari for a new building of the surveillance service. The contract, which is signed by the
State Security with a construction company will be classified.

The Deputy Finance Minister has not named the law according to which a new building is required for the operational-technical or surveillance agency.

The opposition finds rediculous the explanation that accomodation of surveillance service in the new building ensures the independence of the agency.

The secret procurement announced by the State Security Service is considered inadmissible by the non-governmental sector .

Which company will receive 7 million to build a new building will be known on November 1.
