Victims of attack in Dusheti were questioned for several hours

The questioning of two victims of attack in Dusheti ended half an hour ago. Representatives of the non-governmental organization "Former Political Prisoners for Human Rights" responded to the investigators` questions during several hours.

The victims said the attackers were unknown to them. Makhar Sisauri does not exclude personal confrontation.

The second victim speaks about the version of attempted intimidation.

Investigation is in progress under the second part of Article 187, which means damage or destruction of an item by means of fire, explosion or other dangerous means. The Ministry of Internal Affairs does not speak about the version of the incident at this stage.

The attack occurred on the representatives of NGOs who attended the election process in Tianeti. Reportedly, after the departure from Tamaz Mchedjauri headquarters, strangers demanded from Makhare Sisauri and Ramaz Gvaladze to stop the car in the territory of Zhinvali. After the verbal confrontation, Molotov cocktail was thrown at the car.
