The Central Election Commission did not satisfy the complaint of non-parliamentary and parliamentary opposition parties demanding the annulling of the summary protocols of the local self-government elections and re-counting the votes.

According to the CEC chairperson Tamar Zhvania, there is not any factual and legal environment that could be the basis for annulling protocols and the cancellation of the results.

After the meeting, Tina Bokuchava told reporters that the October 21 elections were falsified and her party, along with other opposition parties, was going to continue the legal battle.

According to her, it is not excluded that the legal dispute on this matter will continue in the European Court .
