A Protest rally is being held in front of the parliament building in Kiev. Mikheil Saakashvili, the leader of the opposition party " Movement of the New Movement" has joined the demonstration . In parallel to the rally, the new draft bill is being discussed at the Rada Session Hall. The parliament has already received an election code with the first reading, which was one of the main demands of protesters outside the building.

After receiving the new legislation of the electoral system by Rada MPs, Mikheil Saakashvili made the first assessment and noted that this is the first victory.

"This is the first victory, we have three demands. This victory should show people that mobilization has the power. Here are many people for Tuesday. People work here on Tuesday morning, in the evening there will be twice as many people.We will announce a plan of great mobilization. The ultimate aim is to change the government, people have to decide in which way- by resigning, by impeachment, by the extraordinary elections, "Mikheil Saakashvili said.

Demonstrators speak about the importance of a rally.

"What is going on in front of the Rada is a timely demonstration. Our demands are also timely and all of this will not end today," said Viktor Chumak, a member of Rada.
