The second round of self-government elections will be held tomorrow. The run-off for Mayor"s position will be held in Kutaisi and 5 self-government communities - Kazbegi, Khashuri, Borjomi, Ozurgeti and Martvili.

On November 12, the 58 elected Mayors will start to fulfill their authority, as for the city council, the CEC has defined the date as 14 November.
