According to Tea Tsulukiani, the reason for the structural changes and governmental changes is the interests of the state and the people.
"The decision about the changes taken by the Prime Ministe serves only one goal which is doing the same or more with less xpenditures, having more qualified staff in public service and more competitiveness in the state structures," said Tea Tsulukiani.

Parliament has not yet expressed confidence to the new cabinet. According to the amendments, 14 out of 18 ministries remain.
