Structural and governmental changes are perceived as timely by the members of the government. They say that novelties are primarily for the interests of the state and the people.

According to Defense Minister, the amendments aim to make the country more flexible.

"The Prime Minister"s decision is to reorganize the separate institutions, structural changes are timely and conditioned by the task of making the state more flexible, less bureaucratic," says Levan Izoria.
