According to the materials studied by NGOs, the new finance minister was one of the heads of "Center Point Invest" but this information was removed from his biography.

In 2008-2012 Mamuka Bakhtadze was the representative of "Center Point Invest" company, and later the director of Center Point Plus.

This period was the most difficult for "Center Point". The company was accused of unreasonable spending of 310 million dollars and more than 6,000 families applied to the court.
