According to Ukrainian Security Service, 8 Georgian citizens were expelled from the country

The National Security Service has released a new report on the expulsion of Georgian citizens from Ukraine. As a result of the November 17 activities, eight Georgian citizens were expelled from the country and the reason is Ukraine`s security.

Kiev said that the operation was conducted jointly by security service, police, immigration and border services. The decision was made on the basis of the evidence that the activities of foreign citizens contradict the security interests of Ukraine.

The Ministry does not specify the names of Georgians. However, the names of 4 out of 8 deportees are known. Among them are Rustavi 2 cameraman Tamaz Shavshishvili and Georgian fighters - Vano Nadiradze, Zurab Tsintsadze and Mamuka Abashidze.

According to Mikheil Saakashvili, Tamaz Shavshishvili was abducted from his home and Vano Nadiradze from one of the cafés.

According to Rada"s lawmaker, they were taken to Zuliana airport, from where they were deported to Tbilisi, but the flight is not fixed in the official schedule.

The lawyer of the "New Forces Movement" says that 9 people have been taken to the Juliana airport for the deportation.
