Ukraine"s government does not intend to deport foreigners, particularly Georgian citizens, who have documents in order - the Ukrainian General Prosecutor said.

According to Yuri Lucensko,only the Immigration Service has the right to make a decision on deportation. The chief prosecutor of the country recommends the deportees whohave complains to address the court.

If such a decision was taken unjustly, the Prosecutor"s Office is ready to conduct an investigation and in case the crime is confirmed, punish the relevant officials.
